This new facility is dedicated to manufacture technical fabric and packaging products for retail industry. At this new plant we are manufacturing and export the below technical fabric. Geotextile fabric Ground covers / weed control fabric Silt fence We are offering the above product in various widths varying from 1 meter to 5.25 meters and of different - different strength, as required in the market.We have commissioned 40 Sulzer looms and our installed capacity for manufacturing Geotextile, Ground cover, Silt fence and other technical fabric is about 240 Million square feet per year. We are also now having the CE certificate for the above mentioned product. Ours is the fully integrated, state-of-art manufacturing facility, build in as per AIB (USFDA) and BRC (UKFDA) norms and quality systems are certified by ISO 9001. We produce our own tape, weave fabric, print BOPP film at our end and finish bags in a clean environment. We have the capacity to produce 100 million BOPP bags and 150 Million normal woven bags per year. We have the most modern in-house Test Laboratory equipped with UV Weatherometer, MFI Tester, tensile tester and all other required Test Equipment, that provide us on-line results of our product and assists us in offering consistent quality product. We have a well established Research & Development (R&D) Wing with 30 chemical scientists, research scholars, polymer experts, microbiologists and design engineers, who continuously works on offering cost-efficient and better product to our customers. Further, we take pleasure in informing you that we are the largest manufacturer of PP woven products in the world, having capacities to produce 44,000 metric tons per year.
